SERVING AT SOUTHLAND INVOLVES THREE SIMPLE STEPS.

1. Background check

   • It’s a really brief release form that we ask all our volunteers to fill out. This helps us provide safe environments for everyone at Southland.

2. Ministry Application

   • Fill out a Ministry Application. It’ll take about ten minutes and will give us an idea of your availability, interests, and gifts.

3. Meet with Us

   • We’ll invite you to sit down to talk further to discover whether this is a good fit for you and for us. If not, we’ll help you get connected to the right ministry!

   • This is also an opportunity for a conversation about what we believe and why, and answer any questions you might have.
