GK Chesterton said, “Christ is not merely a summer sun for the prosperous but a winter fire for the unfortunate.” The reality of Christmas teaches us that Jesus came for the poor, the lost, the broken, and the overlooked. Not only can we be warmed by those realities, we also get the opportunity to warm others by extending love generously this Christmas season.
